Summerfield Mini Bernedoodles is committed to providing you with a happy and healthy family pet and to your complete satisfaction in the process of purchasing your new Mini Bernedoodle puppy. While we take great measures to ensure the soundness of our dogs, any Mini Bernedoodle can develop health problems. Accordingly, we offer the following guarantee:
Your Mini Bernedoodle puppy has been checked by a licensed veterinarian and was found to be healthy and sound. It has also received its first set of puppy shots and has been treated for worms. In the event that there are considerable problems as determined by the vet, the buyer must contact the seller for exchange of a puppy of equal value. If no puppies are currently available, the buyer will be placed on a waiting list for the next available puppy as a replacement. The buyer also has the option of reimbursement of any expenses to treat conditions covered by this agreement up to the price paid for the puppy. The buyer is responsible for the next sets of puppy shots given by a veterinarian (refer to puppy’s health record). The buyer is also advised not to take the puppy into public places or allow it to socialize with dogs that may be unvaccinated until its immunizations are in order.
This dog/puppy is guaranteed for a period of 2 years from the date of birth against any congenital defects that would severely impair the dog’s quality of life. If a congenital problem is confirmed by a veterinarian of the breeder’s choice (expense to be paid by the buyer), a replacement dog/puppy of equal value will be provided as soon as one is available. This guarantee is good from the birth date of the puppy until the puppy is 2 years old. This guarantee is void for a dog/puppy that has been bred or has sired a litter. The breeder will not be responsible for any veterinary, transportation, or other expense incurred. At no time will your credit exceed the purchase price of your puppy.
Due to the varying kinds of food and environmental conditions that the puppies come in contact with, and the fact that all puppies have immune systems that take time to mature, we highly recommend NuVet Plus immune system builder to help them maintain optimal health. Based on the benefits from NuVet Plus, we will extend this guarantee by 1 year. To qualify for this guarantee extension, you must give your new puppy NuVet Plus using the manufacturer’s recommended daily dosage for the entire guarantee period. Failure to do this makes the guarantee extension null and void.
The guarantee does not include coverage for common parasites as they can be easily contracted in their new home and environment. Those common parasites include all worms, coccidia and giardia. While in our care, we have wormed your puppy at least 4 times and have taken all preventative measures to reduce the risk of these common parasites. The risk for contracting these parasites continues until the puppy is on a monthly heartworm preventative.
The breeder does not guarantee and assumes no responsibility against any training difficulties, allergies, temperament, or environmental temperament problems. Environmental refers to abuse, neglect, teasing or failing to train the dog/puppy properly. The breeder strongly suggests that the buyer take their new pet to obedience classes to learn proper handling techniques. Within the first two weeks after purchase, if the puppy’s temperament is determined by a vet (breeder’s choice) to be unsound, the puppy will be returned to the breeder and the puppy will be replaced upon availability.
If for any reason the buyer is unable to keep the dog/puppy at any point in its lifetime, we request having the option of taking back the dog/puppy or helping find it another suitable home. We would never want one of our family pets to end up in a shelter.
